FIXED: Error Incorrect function. Agent failed to process method (ReFs.SetFileIntegrity)

Issue / Fault definition

When running a Veeam backup and replication job you get the following error and the job fails.

Error Incorrect function. Agent failed to process method (ReFs.SetFileIntegrity)

Known Fixes / Solutions

• Ensure no jobs are running prior to applying this fix
• Create the following registry key on Veeam Backup Server:
• Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veeam\Veeam Backup and Replication
  Name: RefsVirtualSyntheticDisabled
  Type: REG_DWORD
  Value: 1
• Restart Veeam Backup Service to apply changes and run the affected job again
