Bit of a strange issues really, when upgrading to Windows 10 20H2 (Lenovo V130’s) the ELAN Keyboard Filter Device fails to start with Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19).
The quickest fix I have found for this is to simply Uninstall the device and remove its driver then scan for Hardware Changes.
