This is known to affect OS Builds 19041.870 (Windows 10 2004) and 19042.870 (Windows 10 20h2)

- Install the Servicing Stack update (SSU) from Microsoft Update Catalog
- Install the Microsoft out-of-band patch from Microsoft Update Catalog this patch updates an issue that fails to print the graphical content in a document after installing the March 9, 2021 update.

All you need to do is download the update package for the right architecture, e.g. 64-bit version of the operating system, and to run the executable file once the package has been downloaded.
Prerequisites
Microsoft now combines the latest servicing stack update (SSU) for your operating system with the latest cumulative update (LCU). If you encounter the error, 0x800f0823 – CBS_E_NEW_SERVICING_STACK_REQUIRED, close the error message and install the last standalone SSU (KB4598481) before installing this LCU. You will not need to install this SSU (KB4598481) again for future updates.
