How to save a Word doc to password protected PDF
To save a Word doc to password protected PDF can be achieved in very few steps as below.
- Click File
- Click Save As
- Click Browse and select the desired save location
- Select PDF (*.pdf) in the Save as type drop down box
- Click Options
- Tick Encrypt the document with a password and click Ok
- Enter the password you want to use
- Click Ok
- Click Save
- When you try to open the file it is now password protected
