  1. Open New Edge (or Chrome)

  2. Login to Microsoft Stream

    In New Edge open the URL https://web.microsoftstream.com/ or simple click here Microsoft Stream

  3. Click Create –> Record Screen or Video

  4. Allow webcam and microphone access

  5. Select if you want to record your Screen and Camera, just Screen or just Camera

  6. Record your video by pressing the Record button

  7. When done recording click Pause, Next then Upload to Stream, if you aren’t happy with your video you can click Record Again.

  8. Title your video and Publish it

  9. To change permissions and Share the video out more selectively click Update video details

  10. Change permission to allow individual users access or for all your organisation to see the video then click publish

    When in the Team meeting click the three dots for More actions

  16. Start / stop recording

    To start the video recording click Start recording, and to stop simple click Stop recording. the video will then be uploaded to Stream where can then use the previous steps to share the video out.
