Using Microsoft Stream to record videos, your screen or Teams meetings

Open New Edge (or Chrome)

Login to Microsoft Stream
In New Edge open the URL https://web.microsoftstream.com/ or simple click here Microsoft Stream

Click Create –> Record Screen or Video

Allow webcam and microphone access

Select if you want to record your Screen and Camera, just Screen or just Camera

When done recording click Pause, Next then Upload to Stream, if you aren’t happy with your video you can click Record Again.

Title your video and Publish it

Change permission to allow individual users access or for all your organisation to see the video then click publish

How to record a teams meeting
When in the Team meeting click the three dots for More actions

Start / stop recording
To start the video recording click Start recording, and to stop simple click Stop recording. the video will then be uploaded to Stream where can then use the previous steps to share the video out.
