In order to run Windows update follow the simple steps below.

1. Open the Settings app (using the Windows Key + I shortcut if you like).
2. Select Update & Security, then the Windows Update tab.
3. Under Update status, click the Check for updates button.
4. Windows will check for updates. If it finds any, it will download them and prompt you to restart if needed.
