Enable password complexity and lockout policies in Administrative Center
Enabling password complexity and lockout policies can be a daunting task if you haven’t done this before. In reality it is really quick and simple to achieve with minimal clicks.
- Open Server Manager
- Click Tools
- Click Active Directory Administrative Center
- Expand your domain on the left, open System, Password Settings Container
- Click New
- Click Password Settings
- Enter the required password complexity settings required and the groups you would like the setting to apply to
