Cluster network name resource ‘Cluster Name’ failed registration of one or more associated DNS name(s) for the following reason: DNS Bad key 9017

Possible causes for this issue

• Invalid DNS Entries
• Invalid Cluster Config

Possible fixes for this issue

• Check that your DNS Server settings are correct and you are pointing to the DNS on your PDC operations master
• Check that your DNS Server does not have any public DNS servers specified; for example 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1
• Take your Cluster Name resource offline, run a repair (fixed it for me)

NOTE: You can safely put your cluster name resource into offline mode without affecting any running virtual machines.
